Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Sports Betting Analysis GPT and its read-only sports-data Action operated through sportsbet.party (the “Service”). The Service provides informational analysis only and does not place or manage wagers.

1. Information processed

When you use the Service, OpenAI may send structured sports-data requests to our Action, including a selected tool name and parameters such as a sport, league, team, event, market, or date. The Action may return schedules, scores, statistics, game information, and sportsbook market data.

We do not ask for or intentionally collect your name, postal address, payment information, sportsbook login, betting-account credentials, or government identification through the Action.

2. How information is used

Request data is used only to retrieve and return the sports information needed to answer your request, protect the Service, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse. It is not used to place bets, access sportsbook accounts, build advertising profiles, or make decisions about credit, employment, insurance, or eligibility.

3. Data sources and service providers

The Service may process requests through OpenAI and Cloudflare and may retrieve data from ESPN, FanDuel, Pinnacle, and related public sports-data services. Those companies may process technical information under their own privacy policies. References to third-party brands do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

4. Storage and retention

The Action does not maintain a user-profile database and is designed to process requests transiently. Limited technical or error logs may be created for security, reliability, and troubleshooting. Infrastructure providers such as OpenAI and Cloudflare may retain logs according to their own policies and account settings.

5. Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell personal information. Information is disclosed only as needed to operate the Service, respond to lawful requests, protect users or the Service, or work with the infrastructure and sports-data providers described above.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted read-only sports-data tools, and authenticated access to the Action. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended to facilitate underage gambling. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your choices and requests

You may choose not to use the Action. To ask a privacy question or request deletion of any information that you believe we control, contact privacy@sportsbet.party. We may need enough information to understand and verify the request.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
